Register plots for an estate

One line per plot, comma-separated: plotId,surveyPlanNumber,coordinates. Paste directly from your survey plan spreadsheet, or upload a CSV exported from one below instead of retyping it by hand. Registering a plot only sets its facts — no certificate exists, and no buyer is attached, until you issue one.

Estates with more than 40 plots are automatically split into a few smaller transactions instead of one giant one — you'll be asked to sign or confirm each batch in turn, but you don't have to chop the list up yourself.

Issue a new certificate

Plot must already be registered (see Register Plots) — its facts are pulled from there automatically.

Reissue a certificate

Sale needs the current owner's on-chain approval first. Lost wallet, and inheritance with no beneficiary pre-registered, don't execute immediately — they're staged for the admin multisig to separately confirm or reject.

Revoke a certificate

For confirmed fraud. This only stages the revocation — admin independently confirms it before the certificate actually burns, same as a Lost-wallet or Inheritance reissue. This does not reissue — the plot has no active certificate once it's confirmed, until a new one is issued.

Certificate branding

Sets a theme, an accent color, and an optional logo mark. All three are rendered into the on-chain SVG image of every certificate you issue from now on. Set once per issuer, not per certificate. Purely cosmetic; never affects a certificate's validity.

Exactly 6 hex characters, no leading "#". For example d9603a, not #d9603a.

Raw SVG <path> "d" attribute data, capped at 3000 bytes. Leave empty for the default mark. Characters " < > & \ aren't allowed (same restriction as estate names and plot facts elsewhere in this dashboard).
